The hot tub was nice and fairly clean. You can see by the stains that they used bleach to clean it. We liked the Netflix. The woman in the reception area was super kind and friendly and even offered us coffee. The communication prior to arrival was good, and we were welcomed kindly by Manuela. She helped us with our luggage and we entered the apartment. Very nice decor and modern furnishings. It was like staying at a friend's place, felt like home. Netflix on television was nice, excellent shower, and good A/C. Good internet, too. Finally, the breakfast was made to order. plenty satisfied on our 2 mornings there.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices for comfortable rooms. The staff are attentive and provide good service. The location is excellent, right next to the castle and convenient to the port. The rooms have lovely views and the breakfast includes delicious Neapolitan cakes.

One minor inconvenience was the broken toilet flush button and lock.

The location of Carten Bed & Breakfast was ideal for us as it was close to the port, perfect for our early ferry the next day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge and comfortable bed. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the staff were polite during our stay. We also enjoyed the fact that breakfast was delivered to our room and tasted good.

Although there was no proper kettle to make tea, we didn't ask if they had one available, so they may provide one upon request. The entrance to the hotel was a bit sketchy, and the rooms showed some signs of wear.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with two small children. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay, they really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of Neapolitan cakes that we all enjoyed. the location was ideal for exploring the city, being close to key attractions and easy access to public transportation.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the room was in need of some maintenance, with a few broken amenities like a faulty toilet flush button and a broken lock on the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the hotel being near the port and close to the metro station "Municipio - Linea 1". Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right by the metro stop and close to the port. This makes it easy to explore the city and to take day trips to nearby islands. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, offering recommendations for restaurants and even making breakfast for guests. The rooms are comfortable, with amazing bathrooms and some even have balconies with great views.

The property could benefit from more detailed instructions on how to access the reception area, as some guests had trouble finding it initially.
